All direct bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is under 8 weeks from arrival then payment is required in full when booking.
A €150/£150 security deposit (per gite i.e. if all 5 gites are booked by one party the deposit is €750/£750) will be invoiced with the balance payment and will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided the gites are left tidy and no major damages are found.
Please note-
For May, June, the 1st week in July and September bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights
For the 11th – 18th July bookings are for a minimum of 5 nights
For the 18th July – 29th August bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights and from 18th July to the 22nd August bookings can only be made for a multiple of 7 nights Saturday – Saturday
Group bookings with sole use of the facilities are available by request from €1800 for a weekend and from €5000 for a week – please note we are in a small village with neighbours nearby so we do not recommend the gites as a party venue.
If you’re comparing costs, please remember that we include all bedding, towels, electric, water, cleaning, taxes etc. there are no hidden costs.

Long term winter lets (October – End of April) are available from €600/£550 per month, minimum stay of 1 month up to a maximum of 90 days. Logs for heating the gite and daily tax de sejour of €0.88 per adult will be charged extra. Please contact us for more information.
